Sean Keith Iwinski

Sean Keith Iwinski, age 16, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2018 in St. Johns, MI with his family by his side. He was born on November 3, 2002 in West Branch to Neil Iwinski and Shana Powers. Sean had lived in West Branch his entire life. He was a sophomore at Ogemaw Heights High School where he played football and was on the wrestling team. He was referred to as “Superman” on his wrestling team. Sean enjoyed hunting, fishing, four wheeling, dirt bikes, football, wrestling and mechanics.

Sean is survived by his father, Neil Iwinski of West Branch; mother, Shana Powers; half-brother, Seth; grandparents, Denise Vasicek of St. Johns, Tony and Linda Jarrell of West Branch, and Ross Powers of TX; aunts and uncles, Jim and Tiffany Jarrell of West Branch, Bob and Mel Iwinski of Luzerne, Ben and Kim Iwinski of Grayling, and Shannon Teeples of St. Johns; very close cousins, Jessie Jarrell, Devin Jarrell and Isabella Jarrell; and many cousins and friends.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Sunday, November 18, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Scott Hoffer will officiate.
