Vicki Lynne Parks

Vicki Lynne Parks, age 53, passed away suddenly at the West Branch Regional Medical Center in West Branch, MI on September 24, 2016. Vicki has lived in St. Helen, MI for the past 4 years, previously of Gloucester, Virginia. She was born on October 30, 1962 in Pensacola, FL. She enjoyed bowling and taking care of her family.

Vicki is survived by her daughters Lisa Keene of Gloucester, VA, Melissa Parks of Goochland, VA, and Chyenne Parks of St. Helen, MI. She is also survived by her mother Doris (Timothy) Neibauer of St. Helen, MI, brothers Donald Pemberton of Stafford, CT, Terry Pemberton of Canton, MI, step brothers Kevin Neibauer, Tim Neibauer Jr., and Joseph Parmelee.

Per Vicki’s wishes a cremation has been held and a private family memorial will be held at a later date.
