Walter P. Zajechowski

Walter P. Zajechowski, Age 89, passed away Friday, Aug 8, 2003 at the Standish community Hospital in Standish, MI. He was a resident of Alger since 1976 formerly of Detroit Area. Mr. Zajechowski was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Skidway Lk. He retired from Ford Motor Company in 1976 after 24 years of service. Walter married Cecilia Letkowski on Jan. 13, 1945 in Detroit. There are 4 children Eugene (Dorothy) of Livonia, Jerome (Margared) of Alger, Janice (James) Jankowiak of Sterling Hts. Gerald (Janette) of Alger. There are 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. 5 brothers and sisters Joseph of San City AZ, John of Garden City, MI, Hariet Gucwa of Inkster, MI, Josephine Charboneau of Ferndale, MI, and Vicky Marawa of Florida. Visitation for Mr. Zajechowski will take place Sunday, Aug. 10, 2003 from 2-9 PM at the funeral home in West Branch. The Funeral will be held Monday, Aug 11, 2003 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephens Catholic Church in Skidway Lake. There will be a Scripture Service on Sunday at 7:30 PM.
