Wanda Irene Harris

Wanda Irene Harris, age 87, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 in St. Helen, MI. She had lived in St. Helen for over 25 years, formerly of the Flint/Burton area. Wanda was born to William and Vina Amon on March 24, 1928 in Flint, MI. She enjoyed crafting, going to craft shows for many years, loved the casino, baking, and was an excellent cook.

Wanda is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, Van Harris Jr. of St. Helen, MI; children: Carol (Eddie) Blackledge of Harrison, MI, Rick (Erica) Harris of Roscommon, MI, Terry (Yvonne) Harris of Goodrich, MI; 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, and 3 sisters.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen will begin on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m.
