Wanda T. Chorey

Wanda T. Chorey, age 84, passed away Friday, November 29, 2013 in Petoskey, MI. Wanda lived in West Branch since 1986, formerly of South Lyon. She was born to John and Anntoniette (Skuda) Tworek on October 30, 1929 in Amador, MI. Wanda was a member of St. John’s Byzantine Catholic Church in Omer, MI and was a Girl Scout Leader. Wanda is survived by her children; George (Sandy) Chorey of Cheboygan, MI, John Chorey of Cheboygan, MI, Georgia (Keith) Larson of Petoskey, MI, Wanda (Tony) Wilson of West Branch, MI, 12 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister; Helen Brochowski of Arizona. Wanda is preceded in death by her husband, George Chorey. On Monday, December 2, 2013 there will be a Graveside Service at 1 p.m. at Lane Heights Cemetery in Lupton, MI. Deacon Glen Painter will officiate. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
