Wayne R. Brown, age 40, passed away at his home on Tuesday, June 13, 2006. He was a volunteer fireman for the Rose City Fire Department. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Roberta and Warren Weiss of Avella, PA. A Memorial Service was held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2006 at the Assembly of God Church in West Branch.
