Wesley C. Abbott

Mr. Abbott passed away at Genesys Health Park in Grand Blanc. He had lived in Michigan for all of his life. He was a member of the UAW. Mr. Abbott is survived by his children--David (Diane) Abbott, Wayne (Viola) Abbott and Kenneth (Janice) Abbott all of Auburn Kentucky, Norma (Don) Rice and Penny (Pat) O'Neal both of Ortonville, 21 grandchildren and 50 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his brothers, William (Shirley) Abbott and Nelson Abbott and a sister, Alberta (James) Badour all of Omer. He was preceded in death by his wife Gertrude in 1980, brothers Ralph Wells, Robert Abbott, Clifton Abbott and John Abbott. Visistation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Tuesday May 6, 2003 from 2-9 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home. Rev. Dan Stoneback will officate with burial following at Brookside Cemetery, West Branch.
