William Eugene Earl

William Eugene Earl, a contractor, age 75, passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at his home in St. Helen, MI. He was born in Arkansas on December 23, 1944 to John and Lydia Gerry (Day) Earl. Gene lived in St. Helen most of his life. He served in the United States Army from 1962 – 1964. He married Diane Bogart in September 1991. Gene liked to fish, hunt, play cards and socialize with his many friends.

Gene is survived by his daughter, Amanda Desnyder of St. Helen; sons, Robert Hubbard of Saginaw, Glen (Theresa) Hubbard of St. Helen, Chad (Carrie) Brown of St. Helen and Shane (Joanne) Brown of Waterford; sister, Yvonne (Gorden) Lafarlett of Jonesboro, AR; and brother, John (Jean) Earl of Meridian, ID. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Diane Earl, parents, and brother, Jesse Earl.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
