Zachary Thomas Figurski

Zachary Thomas Figurski, age 23 of West Branch passed away Thursday, February 3, 2011. Zach had lived in West Branch for the past 18 years, formerly of Dryden, MI. He graduated from Ogemaw Heights High School in 2001 where he was a member of the Falcon wrestling, basketball and football teams. Zach enjoyed all sports, including bowling, golf, swimming, fishing, hunting, boating, snowboarding, snowmobiling and working out at the gym. He was a past employee of Griffin Beverage, Walmart and was currently employed as a server at Applebees. Zach is survived by his mother Victoria (Ken) Schalau of Alger, his father Thomas Figurski of Auburn Hills, his sister Jessica Figurski of Auburn Hills and many extended relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch on Friday, March 18, 2011 from 3-9 p.m. The Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday March 19, 2011 at the funeral home.
