Carl J. Hansen

Mr. Hansen passed away at his home in St. Helen after a brief illness. He had lived in St. Helen since 1990, formerly of West Branch. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, he worked with the Industrial Corps, AFC, he enjoyed yard sales, sports, cards and was a big Notre Dame fan. Mr. Hansen is survived by his wife Ailene Hansen of St. Helen, children--Greg (Connie) Hansen and Grant Hansen both of West Branch, Mike (Vegie) Hansen of Ojai, CA., and Carol Sarver of Puiuallup, WA., 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters and 1 brother. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen will begin on Monday October 6, 2003 from 6-9 P.M. and Tuesday from 12-9 P.M. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday evening at 7:00 P.M. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday October 8, 2003 at St. Helen Catholic Church. Burial will be at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in West Branch. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Helping Hands or to St. Joseph School.
