Mrs. Tobias, age 64 of St. Helen passed away at Hilltop Manor Nursing Home in Roscommon. She had been a resident of St. Helen since July of 2002, formerly of Flint. She is survived by her husband Earl Tobias of St. Helen. No Services are planned.
