Charlene Lyons, age 39 of Rose City, passed away at West Branch Regional Medical Center. She had lived in Rose City since June, formerly of West Branch. Charlene is survived by her husband, Charles Lyons, her children--Clinton Morgan of Ohio, Amanda Flint and Chad Morgan both of Rose City, her sisters, Sherrie (Ruben) Dean, Tammy Mosley, Margaret Mosley and Robin Mosley and her brother Francis Mosley. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Friday November 12, 2004 at 12:00 P.M. until the time of the service at 2:00 P.M. Pastor Russell Schmidt will officiate.
