Daniel Ernest Miller

Daniel Ernest Miller, of Prescott, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2026, in Prescott at the age of 69. He was born on August 30, 1957, in Alma, Michigan, to Ernest and Betty (Ruggle) Miller.

Daniel graduated from Alma High School and went on to build a long and steady working life marked by dedication and perseverance. He served in the United States Air Force from 1981 to 1984. Following his military service, he worked in the manufacturing industry for almost 40 years. He began with General Motors in Pontiac, where he worked for 10 years. He then spent 18 years at Federal Mogul in St. Johns as an assembly line worker. He completed his career as a press operator for Lear in Roscommon, where he worked for 10 years.

Above all, Daniel will be remembered by those who knew and loved him best. He is survived by his wife, Lynette Miller; his daughters, Renee Miller and Jamie Miller; his stepdaughter, Tonya Norrie; and his grandson, Carlos Kraphol. The love of his family was an important part of his life, and his memory will continue to live on in each of them.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Betty (Ruggle) Miller.

Daniel’s life was one of service, hard work, and devotion to family. He will be remembered with love and missed deeply by all who shared in his life.

Faith was a big part of his life. When welcomed into heaven, he wanted to hear from God, well done good and faithful servant.

Cremation has taken place and no service is scheduled.
