Doris A. Mcdonald

Mrs. McDonald passed away at Autumnwood Nursing Home in McBain. She had been a resident of the Cadillac-McBain area since early in 2004, formerly residing at Lake Ogemaw. She was a member of the UAW for 25 years. She loved bingo, crocheting and gardening. Mrs. McDonald is survived by her son, Thomas (Marlene) McDonald of Cadillac, grandchildren--Skye, Kyle and Loch. Also surviving is her sister, Alice (Albert) Sakcriska of Canton and brother, Howard Meyers of Wayne, her God-son Timothy Sakcriska of Sterling Heights and her God-daughter Tammy Ford of Wayne. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gregory F. McDonald. A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 P.M. Wednesday May 26, 2004 at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch. Rev. Mark Miller will officiate. Burial will take place at Selkirk Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan in Cadillac.
