George Robert Firman

George Robert Firman, age 80, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2016 in St. Helen, MI. He was born to George and Emma (Reed) Firman in Flint, MI on July 12, 1935. He worked for General Motors for 30 years in Plant 2A and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

George is survived by his children, Frank Firman of Bay City, MI, Ila Sargent of St. Helen, MI, Pam (Andy) Fann of Bay City, MI, Linda (Rodney Hammer) Bristol of St. Helen, MI, Georgia (Bill) Graham of New Lothrop, MI, and Ron (Kelly Clay) Firman of Roscommon, MI; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by wife, Sharon; daughter, Ronda; daughter in law, Linda Firman; and son in laws, Butch Bristol and Kurt Sargent.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen, MI will begin on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m.
