Harold E. Hodge

Harold E. Hodge, age 86 of St. Helen, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at Hilltop Manor Healthcare Center in Roscommon. Mr. Hodge had lived in St. Helen since 1977, formerly of Flint. He was a past commander and Chaplain of the VFW Post #416, St. Helen. Mr. Hodge is survived by his wife, Ethel Hodge of St. Helen, children, Patricia Corlew of Mt. Morris, Harold Hodge of St. Helen, Greg (Mary) Hodge of Gaines and Michelle (Todd) Wallington of Falmouth. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Julie and Stephanie, great-grandchildren, Brandan, Tyler and Brianna and his sisters, Betty (Wes) Thayer of St. Helen and June Williams of Atwater, OH. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Frank and Edgar Hodge. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen will begin on Friday, October 21, 2005 from 3-9 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday at the St. Helen Community Baptist Church. Pastor Ken Peteson will officiate with burial following at Fairview Cemetery, St. Helen.
