Harold F. Reno Sr.

Harold F. Reno, Sr. age 83 of St. Helen, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2007. He had lived in St. Helen since 1985, formerly of Royal Oak. He was a WW II Veteran, a member of the American Legion Post #416 and the V.F.W. Post #5680 both of St. Helen. He was a Golden Eagle in the Fraternal Order of Eagles of Royal Oak. Harold is survived by his wife, Mable of St. Helen, children; Carol (John) Klein and Barbara McLay both of West Branch and Harold (Debbie) Reno Jr. of Shelby Twp., grandchildren; Robert Klein, Shannon Reno and Stacie Miller, 2 step-grandchildren Brian McLay and Brigette McLay and 8 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is his brother, Norman Reno of Union Lake and his sister, Deloris Keehn of Bad Axe. He was preceded in death by a great-grandson, 5 brothers and sisters. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen will begin on Monday, May 7, 2007 from 2-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday May 8, 2007 at the funeral home. Rev. Mary Lynch Mallory will officiate. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Helping Hands, West Branch.
