James G. Shack

In loving memory of our loving son, father and brother, James G. Shack, who at age 50, passed away at his mother’s home in St. Helen while under Hospice care on Monday, July 9, 2007. He was a former resident of Royal Oak and Ferndale. James enjoyed music and was a guitar player. He retired from Greer Steel Corp. in Ferndale after 23 years. James is survived by his children, Derek Shack of Royal Oak and Lauren Shack of Warren, his mother, Elizabeth Shack of St. Helen, brothers; George Shack of Imlay City and Robert Shack of St. Helen and his sister, Linda (Rick) Wagner of St. Helen. Also surviving are his nephews, Richard Wagner of Colorado, Dennis Wagner of Harbor Springs, John Shack of Imlay City and Bryan Shack of Colorado. Private services have already been held.
