His legacy continues through his great-grandchildren Noah Baker, Makayla Lintz, Connor Reynolds, and Allie Reynolds. Jimmie is also survived by his brother, Wayne (Kathy) Hickey, sister, Shirley (Jim) Spencer, his brothers-in-law, Rod Hetherington and Dennis Harris Sr., and his special loved niece, Michelle. His beloved companion and best bed hog, Bella Blue, was a constant source of comfort and joy. He was loved and respected by many special nephews, nieces, friends, and other loved ones who stood by him throughout his life’s journey.

Jimmie was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Gladys Hickey; daughter, Tammy Hickey; brothers, Harry, Donald, and Gordon Hickey; and sisters, Pauline Hetherington and Vera Harris.
