Lori Ann Schliter

Lori Ann Schliter, age 56 of Alger, passed away Thursday June 11, 2009 at St. Mary’s of Michigan Standish Hospital. Lori had lived in the Gladwin-Alger area for the past 20 years, formerly of Clarkston. She enjoyed playing cards, fishing, golfing, going for rides and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was affectionately called “Mama”. Lori is survived by her husband, Jerry of Alger, children, Virgil (Michelle) Martin of West Branch and Audrey Ford of Clarkston, grandchildren, Christopher, Stephen, Brianna, Phoenix and Gage. Also surviving are her brothers, Doug (Lori) Fortin of Arizona and Jan (Barb) Fortin of Alaska. Services will be held at a later date.
