Reid Harold Donze

Reid Harold Donze, age 32, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2026, in Lupton, Michigan. He was born on April 22, 1994, in Gastonia, North Carolina to Dain and Rebecca (Inman) Donze.

Reid graduated from Riverside High School in Greer, South Carolina. He later made his home in Lupton, where he had lived since 2017, having previously been from Greer, South Carolina.

He will be remembered as someone with a big heart who was always ready to help anyone in need. He was smart, had a good sense of humor, and was deeply loved by everyone who knew him, especially his family. Reid enjoyed many pastimes that brought him happiness, including gaming, firearms and shooting, as well as hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his parents, Dain and Rebecca (Inman) Donze; his sister, Rena Annalise Tapia and her husband, Noah; and his brother, Evan Dale Donze and his wife, Zowie. He is also lovingly remembered by his nieces, Rena Lola Tapia and Veronica Alexandra Tapia, and by his nephews, William Carter Eckhout and Waylon David Eckhout. He held a special place in the hearts of his family, and his memory will remain with them always.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Homes - Rose City, 611 S Bennett St, Rose City, Michigan. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Lane Heights Cemetery in Lupton, MI. Pastor Bob Beyerlein will officiate.
