Roy L. Griffith

Roy L. Griffith, age 81, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2009 at Bay Regional Medical Center. He had lived in Sterling since 1986, formerly of Warren, MI. Roy was a member of U.A.W. Local #869. He enjoyed horses, playing guitar, working on his property, and spending time with his grandchildren. Roy is survived by ex-wife, Norma Griffith of Sterling, son, Nicholas (Kayla) Griffith of Sterling, 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by son, Morris Griffith and first ex-wife, Mary Griffith. Visitation only at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin Tuesday, September 22, 2009 from 5-9 PM. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
