Ruth Sheets

Ruth Sheets, age 94, formerly of West Branch and Midland, passed away at Schnepp Health Care Center in St. Louis MI on August 24, 2005. Ruth was a former member of Hospice of Helping Hands, the American Cancer Society, the Tolfree Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, the West Branch Creative Arts Association, the Ogemaw Community Players and Friends of the Library, all of West Branch. Ruth is survived by her son, Jerald Crawford of Stanton and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Betty Boyce in 1998 and her son, Kenneth Crawford in 2002. Per Ruth's wishes, her body was donated to the University of Michigan Medical School and no services will be held.
