Teddy M. Szafranic

Mr. Szafranic passed away at Standish Community Hospital. He had lived in Alger for the past 16 years, formerly of Deerfield. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Alger and he retired from Ford Motor Company after 35 years. Mr. Szafranic is survived by his wife Dorothy Szafranic of Alger, children--Georgiana White of Sunnyvale, CA., Tony (Donna) Szafranic of Venice, FL., Maria (Charles) McMahon of Blissfield, MI., 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a sister Betty Grant of Hazel Park. He was preceded in death by two sons, Thaddeus and Theodore. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Monday May 5, 2003 from 3-9 P.M. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, 1:30 P.M. at Holy Family Catholic Church near West Branch. Mr. Miro D. Wiese will officate with burial following at Holy Family Catholic Cemetey.
