William Shore, age 52, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025, at Maple Woods Manor, Clio, MI. He was born on March 7, 1973, in West Branch, MI to Jerry Shore and Theresa Champagne. He lived in West Branch for most of his life and graduated from Ogemaw Heights High School.
William, or known as “Silly Willy” by his dear friends, was full of spirit and positivity. He had many interests which included history, rock music and a love for Star Wars. He collected comics as well as Star Wars memorabilia in his free time. But more than anything he loved his family.
He is survived by his children, Celina Shore, Autumn Shore, and Vincent Shore; along with his two grandchildren Amariah Honea and Olivia Honea. He is also survived by his siblings Rebecca (William) Shore, Anne (Frank) Boddy, Jerry (Jean) Shore; stepsibling Darrin Adcock; and many beloved nieces and nephews, and his stepmother Sharon (Kyle) Shore.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jerry Shore, Theresa Champagne, and his stepsister Clea Strange.
William will be dearly missed by his family and many friends.
A Memorial Luncheon will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Skidway Moose, 2531 Mills Rd., Prescott, MI, 48756.
